We invite experienced people to participate in the transatlantic crossing on the Lagoon 40 catamaran


We offer you a unique opportunity to participate in a transatlantic crossing that will allow you to gain valuable experience crossing the Atlantic Ocean. The trip will take place on the modern and comfortable Lagoon 40 catamaran, known for its reliability and excellent seaworthiness.

A transatlantic crossing is a real test of spirit and skill, which cannot be compared with ordinary coastal cruises. This is a chance to test yourself in the open ocean, feel the power of nature, feel the change of weather and currents, watch the starry sky without the glare of coastal lights and meet the sunrise in the clear ocean horizon. This is an opportunity to become a part of the crew, learn how to work with sails and sail a yacht in real ocean conditions. You will gain irreplaceable experience of night watches, navigation in open sea conditions, route optimization taking into account weather conditions and teamwork over many days.

Route and dates:
April 06: Martinique – Guadeloupe (85 nautical miles)
April 07: Guadeloupe – Antigua (60 nautical miles)
April 09: Antigua – Saint Kitts (50 nautical miles)
April 11: Saint Kitts – Saint Barthélemy (40 nautical miles)
April 13: Saint Barthélemy – Saint Martin (20 nautical miles)
April 15: Saint Martin – Fayal (Horta), Azores (2,200 nautical miles)



Terms of participation:
Having yachting experience is a must.
Readiness for long ocean voyages and teamwork.

Included in the price:
A place in a double cabin on the Lagoon 40 catamaran.
The services of a professional skipper.
Training and practice in ship management during the transition.

Additionally paid for:
Air tickets to the starting and ending points of the route.
Meals and personal expenses.
Port charges and fuel.
Insurance.

Options for joining the crew:
1. Martinique: Arrival from April 3 to 5 at Aimé Césaire Martinique International Airport (Aéroport International Martinique Aimé Césaire).
2. Saint Martin: Arrival from April 13 to 15 at the airport of Grand Case L'Espérance.

The route and dates may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and other factors.
