IYT Maritime Practice and Certification: The Path to a Captain's License
We offer training for the international license of the captain of the sailing yacht Bareboat Captain Skipper according to the IYT system. Practical classes are held for seven days and are aimed at consolidating theoretical knowledge.

The main focus is on:

Mooring, departure and approach to the pier.
To control the yacht under the engine and sails, to set the sails correctly.
Classic navigation (without electronics).
Yacht design and interaction with the charter company.
Upon completion of the course, after successfully mastering the skills, you will receive a Bareboat Captain Skipper IYT license and a VHF radio operator license.

Without experience, 2 weeks of practice is recommended.

The instructor:
Mikhail Saveliev is a professional with 25,000 miles under his belt, more than 800 trained students and 70 organized regattas. Mikhail is a certified instructor at IYT Yacht Master Offshore.

Practice:
Classes are held at Beneteau Oceanis 411 White Pepper in Turkey (Marmaris, Fethiye, Gocek).

The crew lives on the yacht. Meals are available in the bays (≈45 euros per dinner) or on board.
