Route description

​Loro Piana Giraglia 2025 is one of the most prestigious sailing regattas in the Mediterranean, which in 2025 will be held from 7 to 14 June. The event combines the French elegance of Saint Tropez and the Italian maritime tradition of Genoa, offering participants a unique blend of athletic rivalry and refined atmosphere.​

​The Loro Piana Giraglia 2025 regatta starts in Saint Tropez and finishes in Genoa, passing through the island of Giraglia off the northern coast of Corsica. The main offshore stage with a length of 243 nautical miles will begin on June 11 at noon.​

The route includes:
Start: Saint-Tropez (France)

Intermediate point: Giralla Island (north of Corsica)

Finish: Genoa (Italy), at the Italiano Yacht Club ​

Thus, the regatta connects two prestigious yachting centers of the Mediterranean, offering participants a unique combination of sports challenge and cultural exchange.

, Regatta route
June 7-10: four days of coastal racing in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, where yachts compete against the backdrop of the picturesque scenery of the Cote d'Azur.

June 11: start of the 241 nautical mile offshore race along the route Saint Tropez — Cape Giraglia (Corsica) — Genoa.
June 14: Award ceremony at the headquarters of the Italian Yacht Club in Genoa.​

The regatta is open to monohulls from 9.14 meters in length, participating in the ORC and IRC categories. More than 300 yachts are expected to participate, including prestigious classes such as Swan, Wally and Maxi.​

In 2025, the regatta village in Saint-Tropez will be expanded, offering participants and guests improved conditions for relaxation and socializing. The new layout along the breakwater to the Portalet Tower will create a space for crews, becoming the center of the regatta's social life.​

Participation fee: 4,000 euros per person.
Security deposit: 400 euros (refunded after the end of the regatta).

Note: participation is not available for holders of Russian and Belarusian passports.​
